The X-World Academy serves as a series of sims to better develop new simmers abilities to role play effectively as their chosen characters. All simmers joining X-World are required to attend the academy for a minimum of four sims, special circumstances are made for special situations. A bio is required for all simmers in order to graduate. Of course, simply meeting the minimum four sims and handing in a bio in no way means you graduate then.
The graduation of a simmer is determined by their performance in the sims. A simmer who is most likely to graduate is one that pays good attention during sims, makes their actions clear and realistic, reacts well to both ACTION>s and SCENE>s, and basically just seems capable of participating in official team sims.
Begging, bugging, or constantly reminding the Academy Director of graduation is not welcomed. It is not as if the Academy Director forgets graduation. Whining and griping only proves that the simmer does not deserve to graduate and participate in a real sim. So basically, just don't do it.

The X-World Academy sims Thursday evenings at 8 eastern in the channel #Academy. For those that are unable to make the stated times, contact the Academy Personnel Voltage or Katie and something can be arranged. Most likely, private training sims would be arranged with one of the Personnel during a time convenient for both student and director to attend.

NOTE: X-World Academy sims have no place in the X-World continuity. They are merely practice sims.
